Terms and conditions
The following terms contain also information about your legal rights under the provisions of contracts and electronic commerce distance sales.
For all deliveries of Dessous-Dreams to consumers (§13 BGB) subject to these Terms and Conditions (GTC).

5.1 Described on the product pages include the legal VAT and other price components. The shipping charges are clearly communicated on the product pages in the shopping cart system and on the order page. We provide free shipping (age 50.- € order only to Germany). When paying by cash, an additional extra charge of 2.- € is due, levied by the local delivery agent. Other additional costs are not paid via us or charged (such as customs duty) are not incurred.
5.2 In addition to the prices we charge for the delivery of pro-rata costs. The shipping charges are clearly communicated on the product pages in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
6.1 Delivery takes place within Germany, the EU and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Croatia, Macedonia, Iceland, Turkey.
6.2 The delivery time is up to 10 days. On any different delivery times, we point to the product page.
7.1 Payment is made either in advance, cash on delivery (only Germany), Credit Card, PayPal or by invoice (Germany only up to a value of 300, - €).
7.2 With the advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be paid within 10 days to our account. When paying by credit card will be debited to your account with the shipping of the goods. When paying by invoice. (Germany only) of the invoice amount shall be transferred within 7 days on one of the accounts specified in the bill.
7.3 Come in default of payment, the purchase price is payable during the delay in the amount of 5% above the base rate. We reserve the right to prove a higher loss and claim.
7.4 A right of set off is available only if your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by us.
7.5 You can only withhold payment if the claims arise from the same contract.
Until full payment the product remains our property.
The warranty is subject to the statutory provisions. In all, during the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery deficiencies you have the legal right to remedy (at your choice: repair or replacement), and - if the legal requirements - the statutory rights of reduction or withdrawal as well as damages.
